The gîte 'Mdm Renard' is a holiday home for 6 people.

The house has a large open kitchen on the ground floor
equipped with all comforts and a cozy living room with smart TV (Netflix).
The living room opens onto your personal terrace.
On the ground floor you will also find a double room with a bed of 160 by 190 and a separate luxury bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower, double sink and toilet.
Via the kitchen stairs you reach the first floor.
Here you can dream away in a king-size bed of 180*200 and for the children there are 2 single beds. This floor is equipped with a TV/DVD player.
 

Air conditioning/heating is available on the ground floor and first floor.

Outside you have a terrace with a canopy, a party tent with lounge chairs and an enclosed garden. All this is located on a 6 Ha estate with a pond and swimming (5 * 10 m)

You have free Wi-Fi.

Mandatory final cleaning €75
Bed linen is provided free of charge and the beds are made upon arrival.
Towels can be rented: 1 towel and 1 bath towel are available for €5/person. Towel for the swimmingpool 5€/person.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome €10/dog.
